California Park and Recreation Society Endorses Baker for Re-Election
Assemblywoman Catharine Baker (R-San Ramon) announced today that the California Park and Recreation Society (CPRS) endorsed her for re-election to the 16th Assembly District.
“It is an honor to receive the endorsement of CPRS, and I am grateful for their recognition of my work to protect our environment and promote strong stewardship of our parklands,” said Baker.
CPRS Executive Director Stephanie Stephens stated, “As a leader on the Park Bond Proposition 68 campaign, we are pleased to support the re-election of Assemblywoman Baker. She has proven her commitment to the environment and is a strong voice in the Legislature for protecting park resources and access for all Californians. This clearly makes her the best candidate in the 16th Assembly District race.”
Founded in 1946, CPRS is a non-profit, professional, and public interest organization that works to provide recreation experiences for individuals and families, protect natural resources, and promote health and wellness through park and recreation activities.
