Assemblywoman Catharine Baker (R-San Ramon) announced that Equality California (EQCA) endorsed her for re-election.

In their endorsement, EQCA President Rick Zbur stated, “[Baker} has repeatedly broken with Republican leadership to support legislation to protect women’s equality and reproductive rights, enact common sense gun safety reforms and provide greater equality and social justice for California’s LGBTQ community.”

“I am honored EQCA has endorsed my re-election,” said Baker. “I have worked hard to be an independent voice in a hyper-partisan environment, and I will continue to advocate for common sense reforms and policies that ensure equality among all members of our community.”

Assemblywoman Catharine Baker is running for re-election in the 16th District and represents Alamo, Danville, Dublin, Lafayette, Livermore, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasanton, San Ramon and Walnut Creek.
